Payment and Refund Policy

Payment and Deposit

1,000 USD due at tour sign up with balance due 4 months prior to tour date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

106 West markets primarily to European customers who plan for vacations well in advance of the summer riding season. Our customers typically book their tours 6 months prior to tour dates. For this reason we have a rather stringent refund policy.  I will always do my utmost to fill a tour and help my customers obtain a full refund if something unfortunate happens and you are unable to come on a tour.

Full refund available if 6 months prior to tour date with balance due at start of tour.

Damage Deposit

A 1000 USD damage deposit is required for motorcycles. This deposit is for material damage to the motorcycle resulting in either a new part or shop repair. Examples of damage where damage deposit is NOT fully refundable include broken mirrors and broken brake levers. Cosmetic damage does not result in any loss of deposit.

Tour Route Changes

Tour routes are subject to change based on weather and rider ability. Summer thunderstorms quite often wash out roads and makes stream impassable. In the event of route changes we will always find the safest, most scenic route for our customers.
