Denver International Airport is the 5th busiest airport in the United States and with direct connections to London, Paris, Munich, and Frankfurt getting to Denver is easy.  In addition, there are hundreds of flights available to US cities. United airlines is the largest airline operating at DIA and is United’s 2nd largest hub. Most international flights arrive in the afternoon and it is certainly preferable to take direct flights. It is almost guaranteed that summer flights connecting via Chicago, Newark, and Washington DC will be delayed.

How do I get to Golden from Denver International?

Due to the reconstruction of the central highway thru Denver 106 West is no longer providing airport transfer. The best way to get to Golden is to take the train from the main concourse to downtown Denver. There is only one train from the airport. From the Denver train station it is about $25 USD to the Table Mountain Inn in Golden. There are also airport shuttle services available.
